Ingredients
for the crust:1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs (chocolate graham crackers or any other plain chocolate cookie)
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup butter , melted
½ tsp vanilla extract
1½ cups whole milk
½ cup sugar
⅓ cup natural cocoa powder
3 tablespoons cornstarch
3 large egg yolks
½ cup sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon fine salt
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons butter, softened
½ cup semisweet chocolate chips.
chocolate shavings for garnish (I used a store bought mixture of milk, dark & white chocolate)
