Ingredients

1 pineapple, sliced into 10 (1/2-inch) rounds
1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
1 cup Bisquick™ Gluten Free mix
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 egg
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Maraschino cherries, for topping
Maple syrup, for topping (make sure syrup is labeled gluten-free or pure)
