How to make cake pops

What you'll need to make 48 cake pops

- A 520g box of cake mix, baked as directed on the box using a 23x33cm cake tin. You can use a ready made cake if you prefer.
- Two baking trays lined with greaseproof paper
- Large mixing bowl
- 350g ready made buttercream or frosting
- Large metal spoon
- Plastic wrap
- 1.4kg candy coating or cooking chocolate
- Deep, microwave-safe plastic bowl
- 48 lollipop sticks
- Stryofoam block or an upturned colander
