Pop Up Pancakes

Pop-up Muffins (German Pancakes). These are pancakes made in muffin tins. Only fill the tin 1/2 full & it will create a crater when it bakes. Fill with fresh berries or triple berry sauce.

Ingredients:

1 cup milk
1 cup flour
6 eggs
1/4 cup melted butter
dash salt
Preheat oven to 400
* and grease your muffin tins
